Bhd. processes learner name, email, department, authentication/security records, course activity, assessment attempts and completion records to administer and secure training, evidence participation and completion, provide reporting, and meet applicable contractual, audit and legal requirements.

How information is used

Information is used for account administration, authentication, course delivery, progress tracking, assessments, support, reporting, security monitoring and legitimate training administration.

Disclosure and processors

Data may be processed by authorized training administrators and approved infrastructure/email service providers as required to operate the portal. It is not intended for unrelated advertising.

Security

Technical measures include password hashing, email multi-factor verification, role-based access, session and CSRF protections, audit logging, protected learning files and database access controls.

Retention

Training records are retained only for the period required for training administration, contractual, audit and legal purposes, then securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with the organisation's approved retention schedule.
